A medical director had a strategic-planning vision captured in a PowerPoint deck, but needed a live system to put it into practice. There was no clear path from that concept to a product that could connect the work and show progress.
Designed and launched a connected medical planning platform based on that vision. It gave the planning concept a structured product for organizing strategy and work across functions. This public demo uses fictional data to show objectives, Key Results, studies, activities and decisions in one workspace.
The fictional demo shows Key Result progress, study coverage and data-release timing alongside the plan. This makes gaps and dependencies visible so teams can coordinate next steps around the strategic objectives.
Turn data management into a conversation.
Type or speak your update naturally, without polishing your wording or working through fields one by one. AI synthesizes what you share and translates it into updates to the relevant fields.
Continue the conversation to fill in gaps or make adjustments, or use guided sections when you prefer a more structured approach.

Does this look right?

A medical director had no centralized place to see field activity, assess team performance or find emerging insights. Without that shared view, it was difficult to understand what was happening across the field team.
Built and deployed a Field Medical Excellence Dashboard tailored to the team's reporting needs. It replaced a Power BI reporting view with a centralized application for examining field work. The public demo shows activity, coverage and inquiry views using fictional records, with Ask Field Intelligence presented as a scripted proof of concept.
In the fictional demo, users can compare interaction pace, KOL coverage, medical inquiries and team performance against defined targets. Those measures help a medical director see where effort is concentrated, where coverage is thin and which questions warrant follow-up.

Medical Affairs leadership had a gap in its metrics and no shared place to develop actionable insight from cross-functional information. The need was to bring critical signals into a view that leaders could examine together.
Built and deployed a Medical Affairs Executive Dashboard for leadership review. The dashboard brings together functional KPIs with Medical Information, field, publications and grants views. This public demo uses fictional records to show how those views can be explored in one place.
In the fictional demo, leaders can filter functional KPIs, inquiry topics and sentiment trends by reporting window. That shared view makes patterns easier to see and gives leadership a clearer starting point for prioritization and follow-up.

I’m a Medical Affairs subject matter expert, systems architect and hands-on builder. I turn operational needs into working platforms, with measurement built in.
My experience spans clinical research, global Medical Affairs operations, scientific engagements, measurement and custom application development. I’ve led programs, built the systems behind them and analyzed how the work was going.
I work across the full system: how people maintain information, how teams carry out their work and how leadership understands performance. I design and build the applications behind those workflows, then use analytics to help improve them.
Life sciences is my home ground. The way I work—understand, build, measure—travels well.
